Golf is excellent exercise for children providing them with a cardiovascular workout along with key skills such as hand-eye co-ordination and spatial awareness. In addition, golf helps children learn core values that are essential in life.
These include honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, perseverance, courtesy and judgement.
